I love the fact that this movie lifts up the curvy girls without bashing the slender girls

Hooray for "Dumplin'"! It manged to tackle body image, bullying and self acceptance much better than "Sierra Burgess" or "Insatiable", and the characters actually face the consequences for their actions, unlike the previous two entries. Add in a spunky yet relatable heroine, a charismatic, devoted love interest, an empowering body positive reference, Jennifer Aniston, and of course, a sprinkling of Dolly Parton tunes, what could be better?!

I absolutely ADORED Dumplin!!! It's such a great movie, and I loved the sassy drag queens lol. I really loved Danielle's character "Willowdean", now I wanna watch it again lol...I love the friendship with Elle and Will as well. They were so sweet and cute, makes me wish I had a female best friend like that :)

Beau saw Willadean’s true beauty. She IS a pretty girl, albeit not of the conventional beauty standards. Beau really appreciated Willadean’s internal beauty. What a guy.

I've already watched Dumplin' a few times, you just made me want to watch it again. 

In addition to all the awesome things on your list, I love that the accents were all pretty good. As a Southerner, nothing destroys a movie or TV show for me more than seeing/hearing some actor butcher our beautiful way of speaking (or even worse, assume that a southern accent equates to a stupid character).
