YouTube ho yaa bussinses ho.. Yaa job hoo.. Iss badalti hui duniya mein wahi insaan stabale hain.. Jo apne app ko time ke sath badal raha hain.. For example Agar koi business bhi kar raha hain to usko apni service ya product ko better karte he rahna padega.. Usko Marketing mein apne app ko badal na honga.. I was a YouTuber between 2018-2020. At it's peak my channel was at 102, 000 subscribers. But I had the most fun while making videos when I had less than 500 subscribers, Exploring my creativity, making genuinely helpful content for my audience. But when my channel started growing during the lockdown internet boom, my videos attracted not only fans, but also haters. The hate comments though less than the good comments, took a good toll on my mental health. I had to continuously create content to keep my algorithm going, even if I had nothing to talk about. The pressure maintain good standards: editing, background, thumbnail, etc. Having to look good all the time. And then came the worst part: BRAND DEALS. I was approached by a big ed-tech company in a one month sponsorship contract to create 10 videos that included their 50 second ads. And I hated working with them so much, that I myself never go back to watch my final videos. I stopped making videos right after the contract ended. The pressure to make money off YouTube, doing brand deals, keeping fans happy, dealing with hate, totally destroyed my mental health and self esteem. I am running my own business in finance now, and to be honest, I am happier than ever.

I disagree! Niche doesn’t matter! There are many creators are rocking out with IRL content and Gaming videos! Just create what you like! Don’t use too much brain on Analytics! Use more brain on editing and script

Its not about YouTube algorithm . its about engaging content you provide.. the more engaging content you make you will get automatically promoted by YouTube
