My heart broke over matpat. I’ve been going through a lot lately and YouTube has been away for me to escape a bit from reality. Matpat was one of the ones I would watch religiously but I understand life goes on and he needs to do what’s best for him and his family. But damn it just won be the same anymore. YouTube has gotten worse during the years . They don’t care when big YouTubers are doing bad things .Yet they never cared to the small YouTubers and often take down their videos .

Honestly it makes sense YouTubers have effectively become celebrities who have always had shorter careers than most people often just because they can but also because being famous is extremely exhausting YouTube is a job people retiring and quitting was inevitable nothing can last forever there will likely continue to be generations of creators
