KABABAYAN BREAD | Pinoy Style Muffin | Soft & Easy Muffin Recipe

Kababayan bread - it's a sweet tender/soft bread muffin-like, commonly distinguished in yellow color & dome-shaped like the iconic "salakot" or Filipino native hat. Perhaps its one of the most simplest & popular delicious Pinoy bread.

✔️Ingredients
1 whole egg [large, 60 grams]
1 cup brown /washed sugar (or white sugar) [200 grams]
1 cup evaporated milk (or fresh milk if preferred) [240 ml]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1/3 cup veg. oil (or any cooking oil) [80 ml]
2 cups all purpose flour [270 grams]
1 tbsp baking powder [15 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 gram]
*drops of yellow food dye (optional)

Gusto ko lang po sabhin na ang sarap po ng recipe na to, napakaperfect po, since paburito ito ng mother ko ito po ginamit ko as first timer natuwa po ako sobra.
