Wrong dude. Epicureanism is not hedonism. its different. Epicureanism focus on long term pleasure seeking. They sleep 8 hours a day, eat healthy food, and always working out. They eat good tasty food, but controled it so they can eat it for 10 years more

Epicureans define pleasure as the absence of pain. When they say the goal of life is pleasure they don't mean drinking and tons of sex and food, they mean living a simple life as free as possible from disturbances. I feel like this guy has just read the basic stoic stuff and pretends to know all of philosophy. He's the definition of a pseudo-intellectual.
