Processs to compel appearance/ Proclamation of person absconding/sec 87 crpc 1898.

when any court is satisfied after taking evidence that any person against whoma warrant has been issued by it has absconded or isconcealing himself so that such warrant canot be executed ,such court may publish a written proclamation requiring him to appear at a specified place and at a specified time not less than thirty days from the date of publishing such proclamation.
