Proclamation & Attachment | Process to Compel Appearance | Section 82 to 90 | CrPC

In this session i have explained the concept of Proclamation and Attachment from Chapter VI. The Chapter has Issue of Summons from Section 61 to 69 and the Warrant of Arrest is from Section 70 to 81. I gave money of 7.5 lakhs to one lady through bond with out neft or check, now I got decree as that lady has to pay money as favour for me, now that lady age is 58 years, She has changed her property to her son's name, now how to get the property attachment as she has no income and any properties .Kindly suggest

Crpc82 mein 2 baar court mein order pass Kiya through ps sho fir be concern ps sho apni report nahi file karti hai to fir court accused ko po declared kar sakti hai
