Process to compel appearance./ warrant of arrest / sec 75 to 86 Of Crpc 1898.

This lecture deals with processes to compel appearance .there are 4 modes provided under the code of criminal procedure 1898 to compel the appernce of persons. sec 68 to 74 deals with summons and this is first mode used to compel appearance of persons .when the person summoned cannot by the exercise of due diligence be gound or service cannot be affected court may issue warrant of arrest .sec 75 to 86 A deals with warrant of arrest .and if court satisfied after taking evidence that any person against whom a warrant has been issued but it has been absconded or s concealing himself so that such warrant cannot be executed ,such court may publish a written proclamation requiring him to appear at a specified place and at a specified time notless than 30 days from the date of publishing such proclamation .and if proclamation did not affective then court issuing proclamation under 87 may at any time order the attachment of any property,moveable or immovabe or both ,belonging to the prclaimed person.
