Dr Saheb, in today's scenario some Court trying matters related to NI Act use to issue proclamation u/s 82 but as and when accused is being found or arrested the police use to lodge a seperate case u/s 174 A IPC against him, I am confused a little bit please explain it as the said offence does not fall within the scope of list shared by your good self in video. Please answer if you feel it appropriate.
