Join me as I share with you how to make a true classic cocktail and one of my favourites. The Old Fashioned.

The Old Fashioned is known for being the first cocktail, formally recognised in 1806. Described as a "concoction of spirit, bitters, water, and sugar".

I have elevated this traditional recipe with the addition of The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, a rounded single malt in perfect balance, with flavours of honey, citrus and ginger.
