I built an Arcade DIY MIDI controller with an Arduino Pro Micro: The Fliper

In this video, I'll show you the process of building this arcade DIY MIDI controller, which I did using an Arduino Pro Micro. I built this controller so I could have a launchpad, but also a couple potentiometers to control parameters in my DAW. This controller was inspired in the MIDI Fighter!
I used all the inputs of the Arduino Pro Micro, and made it plug and play - no other software or driver needed, using the MIDIUSB library.

Material:
➡️ 1 enclosure

Hey! Loved you video! I'm working on it right now. The only problem I had was with the buttons, the ones on the description aren't the correct size. They should be 30mm instead of 24mm. Just so if anyone else tries the project, they don't make the same mistake as me :)

perfekt ! Thank you, it was easy for my to build my own 4 Buttons + 2 Potentiometer MIDI Controller. I payed maybe 25€ for everthing and 1 Hour soldering !
Thank you very much !

Snapping in the Arcade buttons into the front panel should be used as therapeutic activity :P

Great video! Have you ever tried implementing an LCD or OLED display to one of your controllers?

Os botões usados nesse projeto em sí são 24mm ou 30mm, estou na dúvida em qual dos dois modelos comprar

You are great as always!!! Is it possible to build a wireless midi controller? If yes, can you make a video?
Thank you

when you soldered the button pins, for most of them you connected the negative pin to ground wire, but for three you connected the positive to ground. Does that mean I can connect any pin to ground wire or was there a difference between those buttons?

What did you use for the enclosure? I can't seem to find anything similar. Also I can't get the code from the download file. Could you check the link please? Hoping to build a couple of these for some sound designer friends as a gift.

At 1:28 your bottom three buttons on the left are not connected to the same terminal as the rest. I assume that you're trying to connect all of the buttons to ground at this step. Did you connect the bottom left three buttons like this on purpose or is this a mistake?
