I use an application for PC named LaunchBox and Big Box for the emulation.
**You'll have to find your own Roms**
Do a search for "Safe sites to get Roms".

Arcade Template, Arcade Controller Kit, and Coin Door
I used a refurbished Dell PC purchased from Microcenter.
Get yourself a wireless keyboard and mouse. You can also get some USB controllers for certain emulators, like NES, Sega, etc.
27" Monitor (Model is not important. But get one that has a very little bezel
Speakers are some old ones that I found in my various "Boxes of Tech Junk".
I took an old surge protector apart and attached it to the, above rocker switch power socket
Plexi-glass and MDF were purchased from various Home Improvement retailers
