I'm 46 and was born with essential tremors and ADHD and so far this is the best video I have came across.

Dr. Hauser, finally I understand why my head wobbles. Started about 25 years ago. Chiropractor said it was a muscle spasm in the neck. At 14 I was following behind a hay wagon, my brother threw a bail of hay on top it fell off the back and hit me on the head. Drove me to the ground, knocked the breath out of me. Years later after giving birth 3 times my neck and shoulder pain got really bad. All that lifting children, housework, etc. stress and tension of raising children. An x-ray (2007) showed no 6-7 was slightly out, was getting electric like shocks in right upper arm. Was given exercises to do but I didn’t always do them. At 74 learning from you I’m following your advice, doing exercises, doing better, won’t take those drugs, too many side effects.

I am a chronic cervical instability patient because of car accident. I must say if i did't see these educational videos, i would have lived in pain for the rest of my life. So i feel so empathetic when hearing the Peggy's story. There are some symtoms that makes me suicidal, that's true! Thank you for all of you and great efforts on cervical research. Hat off !

Loved watching this video, seeing her smile as she talked about how she was getting better.. I can’t say enough about Dr Hauser and his team. Not only do they do amazing work, they also bring back hope to those who are feeling hopeless. Keep spreading the word, not enough people know about these treatments and how life changing they are ❤

I"m left handed. For 45 years my left hand/arm were partially disabled and extremely painful I asked several dentists if there was any connection with my jaw and they all said 'there's no connection.' Finally a dentist agreed to look closely at an Xray of the left side of my mandible. He saw a root of my first molar impinging on the mandibular nerve. As he was hemi-sectioning the tooth, I felt total relief the nanosecond when the root was lifted off the nerve. That was about 12 years ago and my left arm, hand and shoulder have had no problems since then. It has taken all these years for the muscles of my left arm and hand to almost recover from being severely wasted. The strength isn't good but it's better than the agony I experienced before the hemi-section.

I have had tremors my whole life, but it's getting worse! And now I have vertigo, which is very disturbing! I'm very independent, but tremors and now vertigo is taking away my freedom! You are giving me hope!

Thank's Dr Ross, you have just answered the problem that I have with ET, I will not accept medications for the symptoms, I want to know the cause. I had an accident while parachuting in the military, I was stuck on the port side of the aircraft by the helmet, and swinging by my neck, but after about 5 minutes, I was able to release the strop from my helmet and land safely. I have had problems with my neck for over 60 years. Thank you.

I was doing some yard work and the more I reached the more tremors. I sat down over exhaustion. My hands and arms were like earth quakes. I couldn't even get my coffee cup up to my mouth the way I was thinking. I take Meloxicam and pregablin. I have herniated disc 6 mm and slipping disc, sciatica, white vessel disease, cervical stenosis scoliosis and fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and I'm 52. Just recently applied for SSI/d. Finally found a job in housekeeping and they want us on our hands and knees. It seems any healing I had for a year off has been lost. This morning tears unlimited and rocking to sooth the nerve damage / sciatica. I'm miserable. The drugs are just blindfold. I really am upset by this world's demands on my time. My cat and other test shows some paralysis in my leg inertia. Sorry for the spelling. I can't even focus on an idea of a computer job either. I was a cashier at a self checkout for 7 years and the twist and reach. Thank you for what other doctors don't have time to tell us. Thank you.

I was impressed by Dr. Hauser including attention to causality, since most medical practitioners focus solely on symptoms.

Great presentation, thank you! I thought you might find this useful as well: I experienced a concussion with whiplash symptoms about four months ago. I noticed almost immediate concussion and post-concussion symptoms. Many of these symptoms subsided over the following weeks, except for neck stiffness and an intention tremor, particularly in my right hand. This might be related to the neck issues you discussed in the video, as my neck hasn’t felt the same since the injury.

Recently, I had what I believe to be a dream vision, which I feel was gifted by the Holy Spirit, two weeks ago. It gave me insight into the tremors, conveyed through images (which I won’t go into, as it’s too long to explain).

The dream had two parts: The first part suggested that when I try to suppress my intention tremor by forcing my hand to stop shaking, it might actually be irritating my cerebellum—essentially, it's a two-way communication system. When I practiced relaxing instead, the tremors subsided and I noticed slight improvement the next day.

The second part of the vision was more unexpected. It was both a premonition and an explanation, though I didn’t fully understand it until after a re-injury occurred in real life a week later. Last Monday, I had full dental X-rays as part of routine dental care, and the day after, my post-concussion symptoms returned—not as severe, but around 40% of what they were originally. The dream had foreshadowed this, showing me (through sensations rather than images) that the dental X-ray was an assault on my brain, similar to the original injury I suffered in June. I later Googled it and found that others have experienced similar issues following dental X-rays.

By the way, I learned a lot from your presentation, and it aligns with my own experience with the changes in my neck since my injury. I plan to use the information from your video and start incorporating natural neck exercises. Thank you! The human body is incredibly complex, with interrelated systems—metabolic, muscular, and more—that most doctors just don’t have the time to investigate thoroughly. (I work in healthcare.)
