Recently I have gotten 7 from my speaking exam, so I could say her result should be 6-6.5, she was quite good however some hesitations, lack of grammatical resources were her drawbacks which I saw.

i believe that madina talks in english better when she talks to her herself looking at mirror. so now she has only stress and a lack of confidence. but unluckily examiners blame us for it. therefore the tectonic thing that we should perform during the spaeking is overcoming damn stress😌
