I'm surprised anyone would have wondered about this. Should be self explanatory that with the kind of urgency and the presence of Clones while they're state enemies that Yoda and Obi Wan wouldn't look through the streets for a corpse.
Even if we assume either of them thought Windu was alive they still couldn't bank on it for the same reasons.

Mace Windu is one of the most decisive and stubborn characters in Star Wars. Had he lived he would have immediately made his presence known through his actions. That he never popped up meant he was dead. Jedi also don’t really care about formal funerals with an emphasis on the body and so it’s unlikely they would have cared much.

there was no time since both he and Windu knew the Jedi were in peril, and this was shortly before the entire order was targeted by the clones on command from Palpatine. Windu would want him to try to find a way to protect the order even if it meant leaving Coruscant without him

Another possible reason is that Yoda sensed that Mace fully fell to the dark side when Mace was betrayed by Anakin, and that Mace could have survived by channeling the dark side, hence why Yoda couldn't go looking for him, since the dark side may have twisted Mace a bit.

There's also the fact that Yoda has said multiple times to let go of attachments. If he searched for Windu, that would have been holding an attachment.
