Why was Darth Sidious not concerned with finding Yoda after Order 66?

Yoda became one of the Galactic Empire's most wanted criminals when Emperor Palpatine set a bounty of more than 30,000 credits on him, with the condition that he be captured alive. But for the Emperor, this was just a formality. Throughout many of the Legends storylines, Vader sought to hunt down every last Jedi, while Palpatine was no longer concerned with the Jedi Order.

In his eyes, Yoda and the Jedi no longer posed a threat to his rule. During the early years of the Empire, Palpatine only sent Vader to hunt survivors in order to strengthen his hold on the ex-Jedi and to corrupt his apprentice. Palpatine wanted the remaining Jedi, especially Yoda, to watch as the galaxy fell to the Sith. His enemies were now forced into hiding, just as the Sith had been under the Rule of Two.
