Master Yoda was sent to Kashyyyk to worry about the Wookiees during the final days of the Republic. What If Yoda Never Left Anakin Before Order 66? What would encourage Yoda to stay grounded on Coruscant? How would he help Anakin during this time? Would the Jedi be able to stop the Sith? What would Palpatine do to alter his plans with Yoda remaining on Coruscant?

The timeskip writing mirroring the beginning was really cool! I personally loved the moment where Yoda was listening to Anakin and was focusing on his speech patterns/mannerisms passed down through the lineage, that was done really beautifully

The 40 years time jump was quite unexpected, but welcomed.

It allowed the characters to develop a lot off-screem, which left the video not too long (even though it's still 50min long) and I loved it.
I'll add that I'd probably still love a 4h cut where we see the 40 years long evolution. But I get why you made the choice and it's better for people who wouldn't watch a 4h long What If video.


As I mentioned on other videos, my favorite Star Wars What Ifs are those in which Anakin stays a hero and gets a happy ending.

In this one he ultimately lost Padme, but didn't succomb completely to the Dark Side and worked to make things right in the galaxy. It's bittersweet, but I still love it.



It's incredible how little changes in decisions made by a few characters change everything, especially when it comes to Anakin. Hence why I love these.

It's almost luck that allowed Anakin to give himself to Sidious, and it seems that in most timelines he stays true to himself and keep himself away from the Dark path. At least that's why I see from the majority of these Prequel Era What Ifs.

Good story but I doubt Maul would’ve ever rejoined Sidious. By that point Sidious was responsible for killing Maul’s brother and mother and after Dooku’s death Maul understood that Dooku was just Sidious’s pawn much like himself. Maul would definitely know he would just be used again.
