I got bitten by my friend's cat, it didn't look agitated or aggressive, it looked very normal, and was asking for pettings.. I knew bc because their cat kept rubbing itself on me, but when I petted it, it bit me once.. but I didn't learn from that, I continued to pet it and it bit me twice. Now I've got cough, but that's all.. my dad's coughing too, and I've had an itchy throat before I even got bitten.

My friend told me that they've been scratched by their cat before, even bitten, but it wasn't that deep and they're still pretty much thriving life.. idk, I'm scared of telling my parents just bc ever since I've been traumatized of them yelling and screaming at me, I don't know if I wanna tell them.. I don't want them to waste their money on me too.

Please, the vaccines sound so expensive nd I don't want to trouble my parents:( I'm scared of them:(

I was bitten by our house pet dog yesterday on my right eyebrow.Earlier this morning i went for an anti rabies shot.The nurse somehow notice that my heart rate is kinda fast. idk because our dog has completed all of it's vaccines including anti rabies etc. i still went to make sure .But my sudden increased heart rate is still bugging me.

I acidentally stepped on a pet dog and it bit me because it got scared . I did the tetanus shot just to make sure. The dog was friendly and used to play with me he was also healthy and vaccinated . Now after 6 weeks i feel a mild discomfort at the side of the wound like it itches or burns . Is it because im very anxious about it or is this a symptom of rabies ? Please reply

I got poked by my dog and im not really sure if his nail was wet from saliva or his water bowl, i sprayed the area with alchohol and cleaned it, hopefully it isnt anything serious, but i would like to know if its possible to get rabies from being poked with its nail
