Actually something my parents started with my older siblings before I was even born, was they never gave us sweets when we were upset for comfort so that when we are older we don’t eat for comfort. Honestly super grateful for that

Having a “perfect” diet doesn’t mean you have to completely ignore junk food! If you dive in directly to the Healthy foods and ignoring the other junk foods then you will give up and be back on square one, here’s what you should do instead: eat a little less junk foods but little by little add more healthy foods to your meals, this way you can keep on going because you aren’t ignoring your favorite foods! I hope this helps if you want a healthy diet. Because your body will adapt little by little over time if you keep on adding a little more healthy foods to your meals!
