There’s actually a way you can survive this in real life. In between each portal, you would have to use your hands and feet and scrape them against the walls. The resultant friction would oppose your motion and some of your kinetic energy would be lost to that heat friction. Once you hit the next portal, you tuck your arms and legs back in so as not to hit the edges around the portal, then restart the process. The trick is to keep doing it so you don’t speed back up. Eventually your velocity decreases to a significant margin giving to the friction force. At some point you will have such a low amount of kinetic energy that it will be safe to put all your weight into the sides of the walls and slide down to safety. The unfortunate part will be that the extreme friction will have destroyed your hands, burnt through your shoes and would pretty much leave you with no skin left.
