Microwave ovens use *electromagnetic radiation* to heat food. The non-ionizing radiation used by a microwave does not make the food radioactive. Trust.

I realize the word ‘radiation’ causes concern, but *heat* is radiant. It radiates. A microwave excites the molecules in food, producing heat. This is just not ANYTHING like ‘nuclear radiation’

I agree that improving your health is essential for living a better life. I love all the of the insights into reducing toxins in your everyday routines like microwaves and tableware. However, I think it’s important for everyone to do research on which foods are best for their optimal health. I believe animal foods like eggs, fish, organ meats and good quality red and white meats are extremely nutrient dense and shouldn’t be discouraged. But of course research is important and if a plant based diet works for you then that’s great!

Love it so much you always make the smartest videos 😻. I am 35 and have not use a micro waves since 7 years after seing my aunt not using it at her home (I was visiting her for one week) and kept the habit back home and yes the change is not that hard just try it even with a busy life. You can quickly reheat in a safe pan or oven 💖

Everyone ask me how my family stays fit we eat right. We stop eating fast foods and junk foods and started eating more veggies no pork and eating fruits for snacks. We hardly eat bread too. Drinking more water less sodas and juice. We still drink sodas like sprite or ginger ale but definitely not dark and not much.
