Hi in the demo version small car is not available! How could I insert new vehicle?

hello Good morning. I have a question about how to perform a reversing maneuver for a long-length own vehicle, e.g. carrying a wind turbine blade. during the reversing manoeuvre, the vehicle (tractor) immediately turns the front wheels to the max and when trying to reverse the tractor immediately breaks to the maximum angle, preventing further driving.
