Remember, the illuminate wont have typical armor. They’ll have shields, i almost garuntee high fire rate will be more useful than armor pen against them.

You should not think the knife is bad till you have tried it. I haven't tried it either but It deserves a chance.

I was trying the knife and I think the grenade crosshairs don’t line up with where it goes, also I managed to one-shot headshot a heavy devastator with it which is pretty cool.

The liberator has a metric ton of recoil and the hellpod skin is invisible 99% of the time. Other than that, this warbond is amazing, both aesthetically and gameplay wise. The new shotgun absolutely slaps and the armor is great. Bit of a bummer the knife takes up the grenade slot so you’ll have to use stratagems with high demolition power to destroy bug holes or bot fabricators

A 9 minute video for content that was teased over a week ago and showed everything in 45 seconds instead of 9 minutes. Nothing new we haven’t been already allowed to see and he didn’t even test anything before making it, really trying to be first to talk about it and get that first YT upload just for the release I see. The shutgun is insane i love it. It literally 1 shots its a S tier secondary. The rifle is good not S tier but good weapon. The weapon that jumps to S tier is the past warbond rifle is now great

I think the knife is intended for people who really want to play a stealth scout style because along with the crossbow you can really go under the radar. Also, come on. Don't complain that the war bond is different. I'm happy that they're introducing less weapons and instead focusing on cool cosmetics we can spend our stuff on.

One thing that is slightly disappointing is that Pelican's skin is depending on the host. It doesnt change depending on who calls it in - but your pods and mechs do change. I was somewhat hoping Peli's skin would depend on who called in the evac. So, for example there being 3 additional skins.

If the one with a white/gold peli calls it in while the host has the jungle one, the white-gold peli would come down, etc.

..i also want customisations for Eagle and the ship itself q-q

I believe the new armor being called guerilla gorilla is a nod to the hilarious fact that the scientific name for gorilla litterally translates to: "gorilla gorilla".

fun fact, if you didnt know already. the hellpod skin effects everysingle hellpod, even stratagem pods for weapons and resupplys

(i just learned it also aplies to misson hellpods, like the probe on minneral missions, so i does appear somewaht often in missons

I think personally, the theme is really cool but it falls extremely short of what I would expect from a Predator/Commando War bond, the Liberator is another mostly useless assault rifle, the shotgun pistol seems to be decent, the throwing Knife doesn't seem to have armour penetration so it's a pure gimmick as opposed to a fun gimmick if you could nail a Bile Titan or Charger with it in the head.

And that's all that it offers really, the stim is good, the skins aren't going to be seen much especially with the Mechs still in the state they're in.

I really wish they went for the theme all in, MP5 type SMG, M16 style AR and give us a backpack fed Minigun or a Thumper type grenade launcher primary.

The idea of the war bond is cool, it's just lacking content and the content that is there is poorly thought out imo.

Hope everyone is having fun with the new Warbond and weaponry. Correct me if im wrong but this patch 'should' of sorted balancing regarding patrols/spawn rates, however, for our team tonight it was worse than ever. I have never seen so many enemies spawning in massive groups with a couple hulks thrown in at a time for good measure, it was absolute carnage and for the first time was waaaay worse than it was pre latest patch. Having four gunships at a time without a factory to blow up???? And all of this was only on a lvl 7 suicide.. we switched it down to lvl 6 and was manageable throughout.

A quite good set, weapons are as expected, they'll do. Knife actually works better than expected too. Feels a little like a more accurate impact grenade with a more focused punch. I'll be using it a good amount I expect.

I'm starting to dislike this youtuber. He hasn't even unlocked and used the throwing knife and he's already telling people "it won't be used, it sucks, I'm didsappinted". Like, use the bloody thing before you start complaining buddy

The new armors recoil and sway reduction actually feels really nice, barely have to ads with it and I usually put a bounty on melee kills with my friends it works out 💪 😁

I can definitely say, against bugs, these armors are badass. Combine that with the new high fire rate carbine, and the shotgun sidearm and you'll be carrying your squad on your back all the way to the shuttle!
