That’s what they expect. They think if you have all of your money in one place and that’s with them, you can’t do anything if they take it and hold it hostage. You have no money for an attorney to fight against them.

She needs to file a criminal complaint with the New York attorney general because apparently the name of the outfit that the check was made out to after it was altered is based in New York you search the name of the check was changed to and it's a LLC based in New York with a registered address of 620 Malcolm X Boulevard 6E. Although going forward anyone that sends a check to somebody should put it inside of an envelope with it layered than another envelope and then inside of a card so that it is not so easily visible probably easily stolen if it is seen or felt on the inside of an envelope. Another way to secure a check sent in an envelope would be to put it inside of a folded 8 1/2 by 11 she of paper and then put that in the envelope to prevent the check from being visible outside the envelope

Not sure the country could survive a JP Morgan Chase Bank run. Why are tellers cashing altered checks? What happened to using FDIC to give customers their $ after the account closes??

Chase closed my account and I tried to ask why and they said it was in the agreement I signed they said they can close it at anytime with or without reason

Uh....what is the FDIC doing...they need to file a complaint...FDIC is the only reasòn a bank can bank with regular people and not just millionaire....BOA pretended to open a complaint and had me waiting until they think about it..ultimately THEY looked into the account and saìd they couldnt disclose their screen and SUGGEST i file a complaint...after 45 days...🙄..the write in constitutes altered

Should be done for REQUIRING A PHONE to verify and account of 25 years.
Still get several emails a WEEK from them asking if I am using the credit crap they offer.

Their buddies at etrade are the same way.


I can not access either account but the emails ( which both sites at one time offered email verification) keep on coming.


Wasn't real happy that at the same time they say I have to have a phone, they turned off the paper bill DESPITE ME SAYING NO EVERY TIME THEY ASKED.
