Word to the wise: Never put all your eggs in one basket. I have Direct Deposit split by two banks. I have a line of credit with a 3rd bank, and 2 credit cards with a 4th bank. Chase is a 5th bank I have a cc with. Banks close, get sold, have financial issues and close accounts. Be ready no matter what.

I had my savings account closed for "unexpected activity" . I was buying precious metals!!!! They know what's coming. Get your money out of the banks

I don't do business with banks. I ONLY do business with local credit unions. In decades I have only had one problem with multiple credit unions.

Chase and BOA started shutting down accounts and such 10 years ago. First they started by denying credit transactions for people trying to buy a rifle or handgun. There were a few cases where they not only denied the credit card but also shut down the whole customer. Closed all accounts. Chase has always been screwy like that.

As someone who has worked at 4 very large financial institution, I would highly recommend to have at least 4 accounts. I would also recommend to have at least 10 American gold eagle coins and $10k cash. It's about to get wicked.

I don’t do any business with Chase at all!… If I wasn’t with Navy Federal then I would probably find another credit union or maybe Capital One.

7 years ago, I had a personal chase account and I close it because of bad experience.

Last year (2023) in August, I went inside the branch to open a business account, and personal. They denied me because they said I have a flag. When asked why I have a flag, they all (representatives, managements, and fraud department) stated they don't know because it doesn't explain the reason why. 🤔🤔🤔

So to all that disagree about this video, wants to protect Chase or speak up for them.

Then, explain to me why Chase have a flag on me when I'm the one that chooses to close the account?

They send you messages through your email and text messages that says fraud alert and you need to respond to it by a certain time if you don't they freeze it and if you don't respond to it at all then that's when they shut it down

Join a credit union. Within reason, buy silver and gold and HOLD IT. If you want fiat money, keep it in a personal safe. Not the bank.

Chase is terrible You’re right and it’s designed ; Open your accounts at credit unions. Chase closes your account when you’re doing the right things. Not a good bank to bank at.

They can do it because the account are the banks, and you are an authorized user. They can close it if they choose
