He continues his journey in the region where he grew up, the bay of Naples. Home of the pizza, street food and fantastic seafood, this is foodie paradise. Gino starts by showing how to make the Neapolitan breakfast, before going up on the roof to make a classic fish dish for lunch. After a flying visit to the foothills of Mount Vesuvius, he returns to the coast to whip up a romantic dinner for two.

Yeah this frito misto is so rustic n tradional to southern Italy. It never made it to the US with imagrants, we got fish n chips lol. Best fresh seafood in my opinion is around the south Mediterranean
