The WILD thing I realize here is that this whole CC vs AR thing is the EXACT same arguement women have been having with men about the NBA vs the WNBA. Until you stop comparing them and thinking that they're equal, you'll never appreciate the value and nuance that each brings. Im not rewarding AR for her accomplishments the same way I do CC for hers because they flatout UNBIASEDLY do not compare. The two are not weighted the same because of the clear difference in impact both are having on their teams, the league, and winning. In the same vein, I'm not paying the WNBA 1:1 the same as the NBA because the NBA is bringing in more revenue and attention consistently compared to the WNBA. Also presently the players as a whole are more marketable. Until we realize this is *not* a scenario that warrants equity of growth as opposed to equality of growth, we're going to continue on this hamster wheel.
