I’ve suffered with fibro for too many years to mention. Most medications don’t help. It has basically taken my whole being. I worked in forensic psychiatry secure services for many years had horses and a very full life
I lost my job because I physically couldn’t do it anymore I lost the home I’d worked so hard for years to buy. The horses went and friends I thought were true friends turned out to be fair weather friends. Not seen them for years and to be honest I no longer want to
Fibromyalgia had me at the point of suicide so many times. The pain the depression absolutely destroyed me. Now I’m in social housing and live each day as it comes. Never make plans as too many times had to let people down
Yet people look at me like I’m a liar because my arms and legs are still attached as though they think there’s nothing wrong with me. When I was diagnosed fibromyalgia wasn’t heard of my doctor had me tested for ms my symptoms were so severe. It’s truly horrendous

This is a good point.
The majority of fibro have insulin resistance, maybe even some VitD, zinc, B1, or Mg insufficiency from too many refined carbs or added sugars. These all can cause fatigue, moodiness, brain fog, gut issues, muscle or joint pain, swelling, etc.
There's a lot of overlap, and doctors don't often check your insulin + C-peptide or most vitamin levels. They say your sugar is "normal" and wait until you're mostly diabetic, then throw a pill down your throat for it.
Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, iron, and BERIBERI are all massive, common global deficiencies that are overlooked.

Thank you for your sympathetic attempt to describe this condition. Most of what you read and see online is only a drop in the ocean.

Good morning. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for a year now. I tell you I'm so restless I don't sleep, and I'm always in pain I could barely walk half a block without crying. My headache has increased so much. I go to pain management and rheumatology. These Doctor's give me so much medicine but nothing is working. I see a shrink because my anxiety and depression is so high I really want to die because this pain is unbearable I'm always home don't know what else to do with myself. Lord is there something I can do to sleep and walk again my brain is about to pop. Many blessings to you and your family 🙏🙏

The way it started for me was feeling like I did when I hadn’t worked out for a long time and then decided to do full body-hardcore exercise with Lactic Acid spread throughout my entire body. I had already hurt my back at work lifting a heavy patient up in bed when I heard a pop. I was also working at a terribly stressful job where we would get stuck working up to 17 hours and then would have to drive several hours home and then get back up at 4:00 am with no sleep. I truly believe that sleep issues is the primary cause for this happening because your body isn’t getting that rest and recovery that comes with restful sleep. Working split shifts with them flipping us nurses around from nights to days with no time in between is miserable, you can’t get home at 8 am and then have to be at work the next day at 7 am. You have to force yourself to stay awake so that you can hopefully sleep before you go back to a day shift. It’s not healthy!

Best explanation about this condition I’ve heard thus far. For us who deal with these symptoms, take one day at a time. 🙏

Finally able to get back to you Cheryl ❣️ Not good going through Fibromyalgia alone. It's been 38 years, hard to believe 😭. We have to be the strongest woman in the world.🙄 I look back and realize I never talked about it because nobody wanted to hear about it since it didn't "show". Well I've been bed ridden primarily, had to leave my career at 38 and in on

I just recently found out I have fibromyalgia, and now I am taking duloxetine and it has helped simmer down the throbbing pain and depression. I also go for mio-activation dry needling.

I have pain in head, ears, eyes, face, jaw, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, feet, hips, knees, joints, but the worst pain is my rib cage front and back and random 20min brain fog 😔 but I'm learning to deal with it. 🙂

You sound like a wonderful, caring, & extremely knowledgeable person, regarding this. I wish you were in the city I’m in. I’d be in your office like, yesterday.

I hope EVERYBODY CAN SEE THIS!
I SOLVED IT! The solution:Visualize your whole inner neck = the tendons that form the structure, relaxing and massage without muscle resisting tense back for the effect to work. WHAT you should feel is crackling and crutching sensations that will make your life come back. After that the rest of the body triggers will be easier to relieve. THIS is because of a habit of tensing neck and nothing with nervous system not working hense no one is born with fibromyalgia and get it sometime later in life❤❤
