Facts. My friends stopped having her period for over 3 months, and she wasn't pregnant. After that day, she started joining me on my workouts and daily runs. She started eating healthy and just like me, she became a lot happier. She got her period back and is finally happy and relaxed with her life. Truly trust your body, it's best for you. 💕

Definitely agree spent so many years with loosing weight as a goal, as soon as I changed that and had it as a side goal I lost so much more and am so much healthier 70lbs down now and got my second 70.3 in 4 weeks

I used to restrict and walk 20, 000 steps a day with no weight training, lost my period for two years… started eating full nourishing meals, training 4x a week and now I’m in the best shape of my life and got my periods back! You don’t have to restrict to an unhealthy degree to get a fine ass body ❤

My mother was the same.In her twenties, she had the most gorgeous body, of course at that time, she was young.But she’s always loved her fitness and healthy lifestyle.During that time, she would obsess over numbers, how much weight she needed to lose, how much she’d put on.Her period stopped at one point, because she had to lose a lot of weight to get rid of an illness;she’s always suffered with illness because of her weak immune system.But after gaining it, she had me, her first girl.11 years later and she’s had her third child, my little sister who’s now already coming up 4.After all that, she has gained a lot of weight because of her menopause and polycystic ovarian syndrome.But it’s never stopped her from continuing a healthy lifestyle, keeping her amazing figure and loosing motivation.Just a reminder that everyone can do the same, no matter what difficulties you have, how old you are;it’s the mindset, and we’re all beautiful no matter how we look.

this is so relatable to me. my period stopped for almost a year from over exercising and not eating enough food. i was so insecure about having any little stomach and insecure about being too skinny. recently i started focusing on rest with exercise and eating more. i started working with my body not against and my period just recently came back! i’m now just trying to listen to my body and intuition better ❤️
