Uhhh, moderate calluses protect your feet….. that way you don’t bleed immediately when it’s a grass cut running in the grass, and basically preventing minor injuries when walking barefoot. A splinter in a callus is better than having no protection and it goes deep.

Not to mention aloe isn’t even moisturizing lmao it would just be sticky and get clogged in the razor 😂

Good idea: wrong tool!
Angle of razor is set for shaving hair; it's too shallow of an angle for the tough skin.
I have done a similar technique on myself for decades; just soaked in soapy water, not aloe...and scraped the callous down with a moderately sharp blade at about a 60° angle; not shaving it, or slicing it.
I couldn't believe it when I went to university, and the professionally trained, professional athletic training staff at my university's athletic department used scalpels and tweezers for this!*
Fortunately, my blister & callous situation was under control: I was there for physical therapy & rehabilitation for a severe high ankle sprain...

*(although that was ~30 years ago; hopefully, since then, they have refined 'professional' techniques, a bit!)

Yea I've shaved my feet before. I couldn't walk for a week and had to wear bandages. Never again.

Hey Dana, how do you treat calluses and what can you do to mitigate calluses?

One time in the shower I had my dads razor he has for his beard and I pretended to shave my hand and I left a big scratch on my hand that bled alot before I washed it off and stuff, and ANOTHER time I dropped a razor on my FoOt and hurt it, so I’ll never touch a razor again, and I didn’t tell anyone I hurt myself 👍🏻
