Thank YOU! I just took my A13 for a screen replacement ...it worked fine when I got it back. Today it was this problem, couldn't power down, screen was stuck, etc etc was about to blame the repair place but after doing this all is good! Thanks

I dont know if you'll see this. My a13 is frozen with "phone is starting..." constantlyshowing with a scrolling bar underneath. I can only access settings through drag down from top and hit the settings icon. The home screen selection in settings is not accessible. This all happened after the phone tried to do the recent software update. I've tried all your at home fixes multiple times with no change. I tried to factory reset and it would not respond. Any suggestions for at home fix?
