Galaxy A13 & A14: How to Factory Reset (Hard Reset & Soft Reset) for Resell or Clean Slate

I show you 2 ways on how to factory reset (hard reset & soft reset) a Samsung Galaxy A13 (same for A14) 5G smartphone for a clean slate or if you want to resell the phone. Note with a factory reset you will lose all your personal settings, data, photos, videos etc so if anything is important hopefully you have a back up. Also remember if you have a google account (gmail account) synced to the phone and you didn't remove it before the factory reset then you need that gmail/password info to complete setup after the reset. It doesn't work on my cell. Even my cell can't be power off, because for switch off my phone ask for password which i forgot.

I followed the account removal, but are you sure it's necessary? There would be thousands or millions who didn't watch this tip with locked phones? Factory reset always means what it says from what I understand.
