As an immortal player i do this as aim routine:
1) In the range i pick sage: i boost myself up with the wall. With the sheriff i shoot at bots without moving ( no strafing) to build muscle memory and confidence . I start slow without thinking i'm whiffing and then when i start to hit targets faster without whiffing i add lateral movement ( i strafe with A and D without pressing W)

2) then i start shooting at bots with sheriff ( 30 bots) at easy and then medium difficulty ( i personally dont go for the hard bots because it gives me too much bad habits in aiming).

3) As Sena did in the vid, i go in the middle of the range and start shooting at bots ( 50 bots)
4) With sage i exit the middle of the range, i wall vertically and i start training my shoulder peeks. I memorize where the enemies are, adjust my crosshair WAY BEFORE PEEKING ( if you microadjust during peeking you lose peekers advantage)
5) i go into Dm, i do 3 minutes of tracking heads without shooting and for the rest of the time i start shooting.

I know, i'm crazy, but since i started this my aim routine i became consistent ❤️. It's like an hybrid of all the tips of my high elo friends/ youtubers

I been hardstuck sliver for some time and I watched whoojin “how to stop moving like a bot” and I’ve been getting more kills lately and I’m getting use to strafe and shoot and stop my movement early when moving.

I find that deathmatch matchmaking is harsher than ranked. Few good games leads to being placed with aim gods which can damage confidence when it comes to ranked matches. I tend to avoid deathmatch as it doesn’t accurately represent ranked skill levels

you can use center dot on 1 thic so you can train your dead zone also

My aim routine is :
3 Swift plays ( to get the sillyness out of me)
10 minutes in the Range (I also practice my spray and usual know where the last bullets are going)
Then I stretch my hand and drink a cup of coffee
