On point and true. There is not a better opportunity in FE or insurance for that matter. The training alone is invaluable and worth $$$$. Had Dana been in BTW I'm not with the same company and it really irks the company i'm with when I point to Dana as the industries best trainer.

I live in California and will be taking my Property and Casualty state exam a week from today. I am completely new to the insurance industry. Am I starting out on the wrong path by pursuing my P&G License in California as a way to start my new career in the insurance industry?

Id like to know How much business is the Average Agent on your team issuing every month? Because obviously not everybody is gonna be top 4 or 5. What is a realistic number to guage?
