Thank you! Recently I have tried several angle finder apps, Tremec transmissions had one, can’t find it anymore. You just need to stay off the button surfaces, find a flat spot on the phone and it works well!

I just tried this but with the app Bubble Level because it has 10ths of degrees and seemed pretty accurate. I found a car park with a polished concrete floor (makes everyone’s tyres squeak) and it flat as a pancake and showed 0.0 on the app.
I drove to a parking place that I could drive dead straight into and to be sure I reversed out 50 meters and then forward again 3 times without touching the wheel to be sure the wheels were straight ahead. I measured both front wheels 4 times and got -1.6 and -1.9 which I find is out for standard settings. The car doesn’t scrub tyres on the inner edges at all so I’m surprised ive got readings that are double what they should be. The reason I am checking is because my drivers side hub has recently been off and I was worried it wasn’t set back up correctly. Now I’m pondering if app is accurate but I do like the idea of using an app.

Nice, but you forgot the basic main rule.. The car has to be on a 100% leveled surface with all 4 wheels to get a camber reading, your car is for sure tilted in whatever direction if it's there at your parking lot.. for people who want to do this, go to a water leveled floor in a garage, or a parking garage and take a spirit level to cross check the floor you are standing on to start with, same applies to headlight adjustment.
