Only thing that works for me is taking shower head and run warm/hot water at back of my head, thats spot where problem suppose to lie, part of brain responsible for phantom noise. Do it in the morning for up to 1 min and I'm fine for rest of a day. If it comes back repeat it. I have it just few months and discovered it just now. Mix it with neck streaching every day proper posture through the day and proper cussion for sleeping and posture while sitting at desk, no bending neck while using mobile and i dropped earphones as i suspected it started after everyday use of it/and night .Some shoulders light weight lifting as well. Hope it will help to someone

Take Medication to sleep if your sleep is very disturbed.
Stay busy during the day.
After 3 months you will get used to it.
You are happy again.

Avoid loud noises. Avoid stress.

I can't sleep with this sound I can't concentrate on meditation with this sound

I tried a thing that actually worked to get rid of it. Look up YouTube videos about neck, jaw, and face muscles that cause tinitus and how to massage these muscles. I am not even exaggerating when I say this seems to have stopped the tinitus.

No use consulting a doctor paying a ton of money out of pocket for them to say "sorry, theres not a damn thing you can do but blow your brains out."

I had ear infections, guns being fired at the gun range next to me(6 years old), loud concerts like Slayer, drug use in the 80s, hyper tension, being diabetic, stressed all the time, and alcohol. No wonder my ears ring ever waking minute..😮

I'll hear things that arn't there like being asleep and a sound of someone knocking on the front door I'll get up and check and no ones there I here my mom or sister say Bubba and I'll wake up and look around the room and no ones there I also have a sleep App I wear CPAP

I'm suffering from this and i went to doctor 15days ago then he prescribed me some med then i had to go back to him in 10th day because it was not stopping and i was mentally fedup again he prescribed me another med but I'm still suffering from this idk what todo it's so irritating..
