Omg, I was panicking before I went into this video. After I watched this video, I checked in with an ER and yep, it was the ear wax. Had a rlly high pitched noise in my left ear. Used Debrox to remove the wax and so far, it’s 60% better. Ringing is almost gone and my muffled sound is also almost gone. Thank you for this vid

I have a high pitched white noise and i cant produce earwax. I was exposed to a loud noise at work and ive had the issue after that event. Also my left ear is extremely sensitive to high pitch noises. Any advice?
