I’ve bought maps from the marketplace and I never once felt like it wasn’t worth it. I think a cool feature for the pass would be the ability to swap out maps at the user’s discretion. It would make the subscription customizable and be a better value long term.

Interesting. Two questions… 1) is this like Realms where if you drop the marketplace pass you lose access to the maps, etc you downloaded? And 2) does this include any of the new add ons?

Out of the four skins on the marketplace, you are stuck with it exactly how it comes. You know this and you're lying to your audience.

What I wish they had was some kind of a way to make a family plan with gamertags and plans like this. Because the issue with this is each of the kids has their own gamertag, so that they can each play on the different consoles in the house at the same time and with each other. My wife only needs to have one xbox game pass, or ps plus subscription for the console, then any user on that console can access online game play features, so it would be nice to see Mojang make a family plan for this. Because as of right now, if we got it, and added it to say my daughter's account, the only way either of the other kids would be able to access the content would be for them to be logged in as her. But if she is playing in her room on the ps4 with friends, the boys wouldn't be able to do their own thing. Idk how they would implement this but it would be a good idea.

question when am I going to use 150+ marketplace items I can only use 1 skin 1 world and 1 texture pack at a time so what am I going to do with the other 147+ market place items

When I got it it took a long time to load so I went off to play another game when I went back on it didn’t seem like anything changed

This video definitely got me to seriously consider signing up. I just purchased an add-on for the Portals, so I know I'm willing to pay for content and the model is the same as Google's Play Pass which I have and use. Good video!

Question. If i get the pass on mobile ios and i download a map or skin or texture. Can my brother or friend that doesn't have the pass join me or do they need to have a their own pass to join me?

well they are horrible at quallity control went and tried the Random loot add-on its cool just dont get shulkers and put anything inside casue poof it goes and you get a block and all ya stuff is gone. the quality control on the addons and the dynamic worlds are below average mcpedl had better support with their free addons then anything on the marketplace currently. they should atleast have a report issue option buying something then having to spend the next day to track down the creator and find a way to contact them and report a issues is stupid they need better quality control no to mention that i'd say about 99% of the stuff released it just copy pasted & converted from java addons from 2014 and was free of charge and had free support now you buy somthing and you get less supprot when issues happen.. basically save ya $ get java and 99% is already on there working and free with no monthly charges ..


also you use to be able to mod console until they block the folder so its possible they just greedy corporations that's all lets be honest and not try to suga coat it

Would have love to have seen some of the official mash up packs in there like Universal Studios, Avatar Last Airbender, Angry Birds, Disney World, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc. Feels they cheaped out by not giving us any of the licensed premium offerings. Just my two cents. I wouldn't pay for it as a subscription personally.

I dont have a problem with this. I see what Mojang are doing though. I wont be getting this for the simple fact that I doubt the new addons will be added to the pass. (The reason i believe this, is if you lose the subscription, you lose the content unless you bought it. Which i dont think mojang could guarantee it wouldn't mess up whatever world it was added to, if you didnt have the content in it anymore. Unless im wrong it couldnt get uninstalled if its a subscription running out reason. The only type of marketplace things I enjoyed were the textures cause you can use it in your own world. (Not a fan of crazy fancy skins) Mojang I believe knows there are gonna be players like me now, who only care about the addons. And this is their way of making the regular marketplace stuff more appealing compaired to the addons. So this wont be for me. But I'm also not a toxic fan that says "you play my way, or you're wrong!" If people are interested, good for them!
