CONNECTING GUITAR AMP TO AUDIO INTERFACE / RECORDING TEST with various styles of CABLES

In this video you see how to connect a guitar amp to audio interface and listen a demo with various styles of cables.
the "noise" is grounding noise becase the cables are not balanced, in the Heaphones i put a (*) in mono because you can record stereo if you connect it to a double split cable/adaptor, as you can hear XLR cables transfer the signal better,
my favorite is the LINE OUT 2 XLR/1 XLR because sounds bold and very close to the sound of the amp but if you use stereo pedals you have to choose the last LINE OUT 2 XLR/2 XLR.

When you hook up to the "line out" outputs, does it disable the speaker, or does the signal still go thru the speaker too?

Would this be any different if you were using a DAW and studio monitors instead of an amplifier? Surely you would connect the monitors to the "Line Outputs" on the other side of the Focusrite.

But would the same limitations apply for the sound quality? My Focusrite only has 6.3mm instrument jack outputs, it doesn't have XLR outputs - just the one XLR mic input on the front side.

thanks to this video, i discovered that I don't need a new audio interface! i thought my ni komplet audio 2 only had xlr inputs, but it's actually a xlr/6.35mm/6.5mm combo! just like the focusrite in your video! i thought i need to get a new interface just to record guitar lol!

My ACUS8 has a TRRS cable directly into the iPad… with video… awesome. No garageband. The AMP works as an interface.

Great video. It kept my interest, even with shiny things moving about. Question for you. I have a xenyx 1202fx mixer & a Scarlett 2i2 interface. (that's not the problem) I have a Blackstar amp that has an Emulated output. (1/4"jack) Would you know of a way or two that I can take advantage of this jack? Thank you much,

On the FX Line section of the video, you mentioned you cannot use pedals with this method. Are you able to connect pedals with the other methods? specifically, the line out 2 XLR / 2 XLR method. Thanks, this was a great video.
