Listening to this Gentleman was a treat. My simple mantra is eat less. Millets did the magic for me. My sugar levels are as good as when I was in 20s. I am 63 now. My diabetes has vanished. Exercise based on your capability.

My daughter says that Indians overeat because of our history of ancestral starvation. I am blessed to be always slim no matter how much I eat but I still strive to eat healthy and in moderation. I keep away from sugar and bad fats. I take a spoon of A2 ghee first thing in the morning then a green juice with ginger and lemon and 1 tbsp olive oil. I wish health and wealth to all. Namaste!🙏💕

Honestly, I didn't expect Sivasankaran sir speaks or teaches Dr.Pal like this :). Bcos I am aware Siva sir has Aircell Owner and all history after that. But he is genious. Dr .Pal agrees 100% for what he is talking.
