I can see why they casted Benedict Cumberbatch as him. I knew Strange from the cartoons, but not the comics, so I had to check out this video and polish up my knowledge on the guy. Now I have a better idea on what to expect. Frankly, I'm really excited, now. Cumberbatch is an impressive actor, and I hope the role is as fitting as everyone's making it out to be (which does make sense, in the visual way, as well. I mean, that fanart).

strange definitely needs an origin story, it would not make sense for him to just appear without a backstory. especially one as good as his own.

The doctor strange comics always were my favorite comics cause they had a specific lovecraftian feel to them the whole "reality is more complicated then we can comprehend" thing has lovecraft written all over it
