I like the holistic approach Debi offers here as well as the necessary focus on our microbiome. I would just like to add that good research supports collagen supplementation for menopausal women as it relates to skin health, bone health, joint health, and muscle mass. Incidentally, I take marine collagen (fish-derived) not bovine or chicken collagen, and there is evidence that due to its smaller peptide size, marine collagen is often more easily absorbed in the body. Just a thought - I think it is so important for people to do their own research and discover what works best for their body. I have learned with scoliosis that we are all very different and need to respond to our own idiosyncratic needs. 🙂

Very interesting interview. I missed the live one. I wanted to know if bone broth is as useful as supplements for supporting bone health and stomach health.
