I had this surgery when I was 14 I’m 19 going to be 20 in November the same month I had my surgery, my whole spine has those screws and rods I sometimes forget about this until someone ask me and I can honestly say that I feel great

I had congenital scoliosis, but it recently appeared. The deviation was stable at about 40 degrees. I had the operation 4 years ago and thank God it improved. I had it done in Baghdad under a Turkish doctor, but I have a protrusion in two nails at the top near the neck. I suffer from the protrusion when I sit in a hard chair or car seat. I get uncomfortable and anxious when sitting.
My consultation is: Can all the screws and rods be removed, or can only the protruding nails be removed?
