This is so relaxing and calming! I am definitely going to put this into practice! My church recently had a month-long gratitude series in which I learned to give thanks each morning upon waking; "gratitude can be as simple as thinking of the nose on your face.
N- necessities (shelter, electricity, etc), O - Outdoors (nature, animals), S - senses (seeing, hearing, touching), E - everyone is your life". I can now use your 2-minute meditation each day as I think about all that I am grateful for.
