Man, you got that Palmer Script down packed. Love to see your penmanship. I practice PS but my letters don't look that good and I don't use arm muscle movement. But when I use a dip pen, my letters start to look a little like that.

This really helped me! I have a pack with a feather dip pen with multiple tips and ink. I have tried the thicker ones withoiut really knowing how to use them nor why the ink ran out so fast. Now i tried with one of the smaller tips and it got alot easier!

I just bought a pen and ink set yesterday - "Pride and Prejudice" pen and ink set! And I am still just looking at it "thinking about" trying to use it for the first time! I am in love!

Ps, I also prefer reservoirs on my dip pens as this saves a lot of frustration having constantly dip.

Cursive writing calligraphy and quill pens, dip pens and calligraphy pens are a lost and forgotten art never been taught how to use them but I know how to use them it's very fun and amazing to use

Do you not use a reservoir with the Italic nibs? I find them very helpful as they hold more ink.

Question: how do you prevent the smudge at the beginning after the dip? Especially with the broad tip nibs?

Which way is the nib supposed to be?

I received a quill pen set for Christmas last year, and I'd like to use the broad-tip nib for a project, but I've had a lot of difficulty getting it to even work - I either have too much ink or not enough 🤷‍♀️ Am I missing something? Do you have any advice?

I thinking going out side and down to park is a good thing you make it sound bad yes you can spill your in that why I told people dont take all your ink but just small bottole that way if it spills and brakes jar then you dont feel bad or out of money
