typo in the first column of the matrix at 3:10. numbered a(12) and a(13), should have been a(21) and a(31)

At 6:27 in the video, you stated that the determinant = -2 - 3 + 20 = 20. Shouldn't it be 15? Is this an error or is there a reason for that?
