Peterson needs professional help. I knew him in college. He was the dude who acted like he knew everything while being a complete fool.

Could someone please remind me why people take Jordon Peterson so seriously? When I listen to him I see a grifter who muddies the waters so that his followers assume that his beliefs are similar to theirs even though it is probably not the case.

He's so incoherent even when talking about things that he's trained in. When talking about philosophy, a topic far outside his wheelhouse, it somehow becomes even worse.

Interviewer: *simple question*

Peterson: *long pause* *word salad answer that uses private definitions*

Interviewer: *tries to ask clarifying question about private definition*

Peterson: *interupts with more word salad deepeking the problem*

The main issue is that Jordan is fucking esoteric. You'd have to spend an hour interrogating him about each term he used here to even understand his point.

It seems like he’s well aware of how others are using words like ‘belief’ and ‘God’. He’s just ashamed to admit his beliefs

The best argument for atheism is 'No atheist would wear a sports jacket covered with comic strips.'

Peterson sits on the list of charlatans right next to Elon Musk and Trump.

Jordan Peterson somehow manages to be dumber than Matt Powell, yet still have people take him seriously. Quite honestly, it's baffling.

It amazes me that there are still some fash out there who are like "I love Jordan Peterson but just not on topics of religion."

The best argument for atheism is very simple:

None of the many god-stories that I have ever heard, actually make sense. They are all nonsense stories, and therefore I just don't believe those stories.

I'm willing to believe that gods _might_ exist, but until there are sensible explanations for those gods, being an atheists is just being reasonable.

JP clearly believes he's way more intelligent than he actually is. The truth is that he lied about bill c-16 in Canada to get attention, he admitted it himself on the JRE. We should all ignore him.

Ever since he broke his brain with pills and went to Russia he's become so testy, like a 10 year old who dropped their ice cream at the fair.

Peterson definitely uses alot of words to say absolutely nothing.

@TTM ‘You have to infer that she's worth being with for the rest of your life, but if you're having "faith" that this will be the case, you're setting yourself up for a very bad time.’

That’s is exactly what JP is having: a very bad time. He says so himself over and over again: life is suffering.

JP fans, don’t do what JP does or you're setting yourself up for a very bad time. And a life filled with suffering.

Well, you see, the thing about Jordan Peterson is that he’s a clinical psychologist who somehow managed to turn common sense into a revolutionary act. It’s as if telling people to take responsibility for their lives was a groundbreaking discovery, akin to finding fire or inventing the wheel. And let’s not forget his penchant for diving into the depths of Jungian archetypes to explain why you should make your bed. Truly, a Herculean intellectual feat.

If a supposedly powerful being really wanted to demonstrate its benevolence, why doesn't it remove all negative (read; unnecessary) suffering?

Why would it demand worship from the imperfect beings that it tricked into ""bringing sin into the world"?

Why should I believe in something that cannot be actually demonstrated to exist outside of someone's delusional mind?

How is rejecting nonsense claims made without substantive proof suddenly, not only being a liar about said rejection, but somehow a worship of the "evil" being that I don't even believe exists?

Its like me saying I don't believe in Harry Potter and someone accusing me of worshipping Voldemort 😂 What absurd nonsense!

JP strikes me as someone who (for some reason) thinks the Bible is good literature, and for some reason thinks that makes it true.

He dressed like Will Smith's character in Fresh Prince when he turns his private school jacket inside out.
