Was in DC in the 80’s attending a reunion for sailors that served on the destroyer USS Grayson DD435, we had a dinner and the US Navy Brass Band entertained us afterwards. There was a wedding party going on in the next room which we were separated from by a accordion wall! They had Mexican music going I believe which was loud and annoying! So the band plays Anchors Away right off loud as they could! The other party got a little quieter after that! They were listening in obviously! It was a great time! There were more n the band than this video and it was solid brass! No percussion!
