As a reference here, I used several free services to test them out. The ones with 10 GB of Data that I used gave me about 5 nights of unblocked content, streaming video about 2 hours a night at 1920x1080p. The throttling I experienced was Massive on the 3 I tried after the 10GB limit was reached.
