Native American genes are in Filipinos as well. Genetic studies have found that Filipinos are 2% Native American. This means that the Spaniards brought Native Americans, particularly those from what is now Mexico, to the Philippines and they intermarried with Filipinos. Now I understand why the old Catholic church in Argao, Cebu has Aztec mosaic art in its front courtyard.

The Americas was first settled by people of Asia, aka Native Americans. Asian DNA is all throughout South, Central and Latin America. If you look at physical appearances alone of historical faces, the "Asian" features are dominant.

That is why the similitude between a Mexican with a Philippine people are very close, face, size, certain gastronomy and customs.

I am 100% Vietnamese/Chinese blood and a natural born Mexican citizen. I was given US nationality once, but I renounced it and came back where I blend in much better than up there.

My mom is from Cavite Phillipines, this was once a Spanish port city near Manila. In the language Tagalog with is a blend of several languages like English, there are Aztec words. I was told this by Phillipino relatives. Grandpa is Ti Ti pronounced tie tie, grandma is Ni Ni pronounced niece niece. And having visited Cebu and Bohol recently, I don't speak fluent Tagalog like mom, but I could be understood by most everyone by simply speaking spanish.

A lot of these Filipino Descendants in Mexico were Galleon crewmen and a lot of them deserted as soon as the ship arrived at the nearest Mexican port and blended with the local native population.

One of the most popular cultural exchanges we Celebrate today in The Philippines with passion is “Dias Los Muertos” or what we call in The Philippines “Piesta ng Patay/ Undas” it was brought to The Philippines by Indigenous Mexicans who were exiled to Our Islands. This is a big Holiday in our country where we gather at the Family Burial grounds and spend all day eating and leaving food, Candles and prayers. Before social Media it was also a great way to see Family members we haven’t seen in years who have come to Visit and also catch up with other families who’s family is also buried next to ours.

Filipino sailors crewed the galleons. They scattered across those routes. Filipinos still crew many commercial ships today.

The Asian DNA probably migrated from the Aleutian Island land bridge to Alaska down to United states and South America. The eskimos, the American Indians, the native peoples like the Incas and so forth.

Some of the most beautiful women I’ve met are Mexicans. Mexico has that exotic looking beautiful women that you can find no where else Mexican women can range from looking like a beautiful mix between Asian and White, to Native Indians mixed with Asians and White. Many Native Mexicans actually look Asiatic. Anyway, they have the best looking women in the world, in my opinion. Of course I might be biased because I was in love with a beautiful Mexican girl.

During the galleon trade some Filipinos became crews and sailors, some of them jump ship in North America and some settled in New Jersey, some even stay in Mexico and same as the Mexican who came to the Philippines and settled there for good

The Philippines was considered by Spain to be part of their Mexico colony, ruled from Mexico, for several hundred years. You can read this in Philippine history books.

Yes the Spanish, Portuguese and even Dutch had colonies in Asia, and they had international trade, and migration, as it is today. Mango, rice, chili, spice, railroads, oil.

Rajahnate of Cebu(The Last Chola):
Chola Expedition Philippines: In the 14th century, Sri Lumay, a descendant of the Tamil king(Tamilnadu, India) Raja Raja Chola, was sent to Cebu (Philippines) to prepare a base for the expeditionary forces of the Sumatra Cholas (Indonesia), but instead he established the Rajahanate of Cebu on the island. In April 27, 1521 in the "Battle of Mactan" chieftain "Lapu-Lapu(Cilapulapu)" and his warriors defeated Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan and delayed the Spanish occupation. The Rajahnate itself folded in 1565 when the last King, Sri Tupas or Felipe Tupas, cousin of Rajah Humabon was defeated by another Spanish navigator, Miguel López de Legazpi’s soldiers in April 27, 1565 and subsequently signed the Treaty of Cebu, heralding the end of the Great Cholas, one of the longest ruling dynasties in the world(200BC - 1565AD).
There similarities between the cultures of Mexico and Tamil Nadu.

I did a DNA thing and have zero Asian DNA. It says I have 50% Native American DNA. Its interesting because somedays I look indigenous and some days you cannot tell if I'm mexican or if I'm from another hispanic american country.

During the Ice Age period, the Mongoloid race that had lived 10, 000 - 15, 000 years ago in Siberia and Northeast Asia migrated from Northern East of Russia to Alaska. Then they traveled further down towards North America, Central America then South America.
